Seller terms

These terms apply when you sell on Myira (the "marketplace", run by Myira Creation, a partnership firm). By applying you confirm the details you give us are true and that you are allowed to agree to these terms for your business.

Who can sell

A business registered under GST, selling from an address in the state of that GSTIN.
We check every application and can decline one without giving a detailed reason.
One seller account per GSTIN.

Your products

You sell only what you own or are authorised to sell. No fakes, copies of other brands' designs or anything banned by Indian law.
Photos, descriptions, sizes, fabric, price and stock must be accurate. Each product shows the details the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 require, including country of origin and who made it.
We may edit how a listing looks, or remove it, if it breaks these terms or the law.

Orders and delivery

You pack and hand over every order to our courier partner within 2 working days, from your pickup address.
Shoppers can cancel before an order ships, and return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the store's returns policy. You accept those returns.
Your name and address are shown to shoppers as the seller, as the law requires.

Money

Shoppers pay Myira. We pay you the selling price less our commission (agreed when you are approved), shipping charges and any refunds, once the return window has closed.
As the e-commerce operator we deduct GST TCS (Section 52, CGST Act) and income-tax TDS (Section 194-O) at the rates the law sets, file them, and give you the details to claim them.
You issue the GST tax invoice for each sale under your GSTIN and pay your own GST.
Payouts go to the bank account you give us. Changes to it are checked by us before they take effect.

Personal data

You receive shoppers' names, phone numbers and addresses only to deliver their orders. Do not use them for anything else, share them, or keep them longer than needed (Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023).

Suspension and leaving

We can suspend your account, hold payouts while we investigate, or close it if you break these terms, receive repeated complaints or sell unsafe or fake goods. You can stop selling with 30 days' notice; orders already placed must still be completed.
