Privacy policy

What we collect and why

• Mobile number — to create your account, sign you in with a one-time code, and contact you about your orders.
• Name, delivery addresses and contact numbers — to deliver your orders and to issue GST invoices.
• Email address (optional) — to send order confirmations, invoices and updates.
• Orders, returns and refunds — to fulfil and support your orders and to keep the records tax law requires. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details; payments are handled by Razorpay.
• Body measurements — only if you order a custom-fit piece, to stitch it. Measurement profiles are saved only if you choose to save them.
• Reviews, photos and questions you post — to show them on product pages with your first name.
• Wishlist, cart, back-in-stock and price-drop requests — to provide those features.
• Technical data such as your IP address and browser type, in security logs — to keep the site safe and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Only what each needs to do its job:

• Google Firebase — sends and checks sign-in codes (your mobile number).
• Razorpay — processes online payments and refunds.
• Shiprocket and its courier partners — pick up and deliver parcels (name, address, phone and parcel details).
• Our email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) only if you opt in — to deliver messages to you.
• Our hosting provider — stores the website and its database on secure servers.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside India, as the DPDP Act allows.

Your consent and choices

• Sign-up, checkout and order updates need your mobile number and address; without them we can't deliver.
• Reminder and alert emails (items left in your cart, wishlist price drops, "how did it fit?") are sent only if you turn them on, with the box at checkout or in My account → Profile. Switch them off anytime there, or from the unsubscribe link in each email.
• WhatsApp updates are sent only if you tick the box at checkout or in your profile.
• Newsletter emails are sent only after you tick the consent box and confirm by email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing doesn't affect what was done before.

How long we keep it

• Your account, addresses, wishlist and saved measurements — until you delete your account.
• Orders, invoices and credit notes — for 8 years, as GST law requires. If you delete your account, these are kept without your account details.
• Security and access logs — one year, as the law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

• Access — download a copy of your data from My account → Profile → Download my data.
• Correction — update your name, email and addresses anytime in My account.
• Erasure — delete your account from My account → Profile → Delete my account (order records are kept as explained above).
• Nomination — you may nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity; write to our Grievance Officer.
• Grievance redressal — contact our Grievance Officer below. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India through its online complaint process (see meity.gov.in).

Children

Accounts are for adults (18+); by signing in you confirm you are 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete their data, except records the law requires us to keep.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict staff access by role with two-step verification, and review access logs. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Cookies and browser storage

• Essential: one cookie to keep you signed in and remember your cart.
• Security and payments: Google reCAPTCHA (used for sign-in codes) and Razorpay Checkout set their own cookies to prevent fraud and process payments.
• Your browser also stores your recently viewed products and your PIN code on your own device.
• We do not use advertising cookies or share data with advertisers.
